NEW NOTICE DUE TO RESCHEDULING OF FAIR:
CIS Fair 2025 has been rescheduled to take place on new Fair date, 7 February 2026!
RSVP registrations and all functions on your Digital Passport are now resumed. You can continue to RSVP, make/amend bookings, buy/transfer Fair Tokens, and invite guests.
For all those who have already started using their Digital Passport before the Fair date was rescheduled, your Fair Tokens, prebookings, and guest invites have been transferred to new Fair date, 7 February 2026, and remain unaffected.
What happens to my Fair Token if I can no longer attend the rescheduled Fair? We’re sorry that you missed the deadline to request a refund. Please rest assured that your Fair Tokens will support our fundraising efforts and contribute directly to the Tai Po Relief initiatives. No further action is needed — thank you sincerely for your generosity! Alternatively, you may transfer your Fair Tokens to your family members or invited guests who are able to attend the Fair and make use of them.

THIS ADVANCEMENT NOT ONLY ENHANCES SUSTAINABILITY BUT ALSO PROVIDE GREATER CONVENIENCE FOR OUR COMMUNITY TO RSVP, MANAGE PAYMENTS, EARN STAMPS AND PRE-BOOK FOR CIS FAIR ACTIVITIES! SAVE TIME ON QUEUING AND SPEND EVERY MINUTE ON WHAT THE FAIR HAS TO OFFER!

You can RSVP for yourself, your child(ren) at CIS, and other guests as a Group using your email registered with CIS. Each CIS parent and each child can invite up to 5 guests each. Once you have RSVPed, you will be taken to your Digital Passport where you will see your unique QR Code AND you can complete RSVP for the rest of your Group instantly. Save this unique link to this Digital Passport page - it’s yours!
You can also immediately share the digital tickets on your Digital Passport with all members of your Group via email or Whatsapp. They will be taken to their own Digital Passports with their unique QR Codes.
Use your unique QR Code to enter, pay and play at the Fair (by topping up in your Digital Passport)!
Secondary students can RSVP with their parents or individually. Only Parents can RSVP for their Primary students.

You can RSVP for yourself using your school email. Once you have RSVPed, you will be taken to your Digital Passport where you will see your unique QR Code AND you can invite up to 5 guests.

This is a CIS Community and friends event.
Only a CIS Community Member (Parent, Secondary Student, Alumni, Staff) can RSVP for you and share the ticket link to your Digital Passport where you will see your unique QR Code.

Parents can also transfer Fair Tokens / Prize Stamps to EVERYONE in their Group. Simply click on “TRANSFER”, select who to transfer to, and submit the amount.SWITCH USER
Parents can use “SWITCH USER” function to access the Digital Passport of that member in their Group. This enables Parents to look after their Group, especially children who don’t have mobile phones, or elderly who you want to take care of!For example, when you “SWITCH USER”, you could access your children’s QR Codes and help them to:
Enter the Fair;
Book activities available for pre-booking;
Collect Prize Stamps on your children’s QR Codes when they play games.
At the end of the Fair, if you wish to consolidate all your Fair Tokens and Prize Stamps, Parents could also use the “TRANSFER” or “SWITCH USER” function to help facilitate.

Your parents can top up your QR codes with Fair Tokens by transferring Fair Tokens to you from their Digital Passport. Or your parents can help to top up your QR codes with Fair Tokens by clicking on “BUY TOKENS” directly in your Digital Passport using different payment methods.COLLECT

Students can transfer Fair Tokens / Prize Stamps to Parents, Domestic Helper and those in their Extended Family. Click on “TRANSFER”, select who to transfer to, and submit the amount. -
