    Note: 10 house points will be awarded per hour to secondary students for volunteering; 5 house points will be awarded per hour for parents of secondary child(ren) volunteering, but you must indicate one of your children's houses when signing up.

    📚 BOOK SALE: Volunteer to run the stall as cashiers and floor walkers, and also help pack away unsold books for donations to charities.

    🌭 F&B: Be part of the "CIS International Street Food Carnival" where volunteers will help serve the delicious food representing our community

    🛹 OUTDOOR GAMES:: Volunteer to help run the games on the Field from bouncy castle to face painting

    🎁 PRIZES: Volunteer to manage our Prize Stall and assist with Prize Redemption

    🧩PROGRAMMING: Help us make sure the whole day runs smoothly!

    🌀 SPIN THE BARREL: Our longest running fair stall - Come volunteer to help collect tokens from the players, make sure they line up, and help to choose the prizes from the prize pool!

calling primary Film Festival Entries

  • Hey CIS Primary Students! Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure? Join the CIS Fair Primary Film Festival!

    This year, the Primary Film Festival theme is "Discovery!" You can create a film in any genre—be it Adventure, Mystery, Action, Sci-Fi, or Historical.

    Your film can be live action, stop-motion, or animation. Just make sure it's between 2½ and 5 minutes long and that you use any editing software you love, like iMovie, Capcut, or Openshot.

    You can work solo or team up with friends, and your film can be in English, Chinese, or even both!

    Remember to submit your masterpiece in MP4 format and keep the file size under 3GB.

    Don't forget, you have until Friday, November 7, at 12 PM to submit your film using here

    Selected films will be screened at the CIS FAIR on Saturday, November 29. And guess what? Family members can help you during the filming process!

  • Calling All Aspiring Y4 and above Studentpreneurs! 🚀

    Unlock your entrepreneurial potential! Have you ever wanted to start a business but don't know where to showcase it?  Experience how maths can be used in a real life situation? How good are you at selling a product? Do you have a business concept to test / demonstrate / advertise? Is there a craft activity you'd like to run, and charge?  This is your chance!  Get a stall at the Studentpreneur Market!   

    Spots are limited and allocated on a rolling basis. Maximize your chance by submitting the most creative, well-crafted proposals!

ENLISTING jellybao volunteers

  • The Jellybao Cafe is a whimsical, bun-of-a-kind immersive dining experience where customers get to "order food" like plush dumplings and baos, which are then prepared before their eyes by a "chef" and served as if they were real meals. Each dumpling and bao has been lovingly hand-crocheted by members of the CIS community. 

    We need you to help bring the Jellybao Cafe to life! Volunteers can sign up to be Jellybao "chefs," cashiers and more. For details, join the Jellybao Volunteer Whatsapp group!

    The Jellybao Cafe is brought to you by Phoenix Arts Club (PAC), a parent-run volunteer organisation whose mission is to support the efforts of the school’s Arts programs and to foster community spirit through the Arts.

  • We are on the lookout for talented Bands to perform at the CIS FAIR 2025 Block Party "Discovery Mode” Primary Stage.  

    Whether you're a Rock Band, Jazz Ensemble, Indie Group, Pop Band, or Cover Band, we want to hear from you! If you have a Band that features original compositions or a style that fits the vibrant "Block Party" vibe, we’d love to hear about it too! This is a fantastic opportunity to share your music and have the CIS community "discover" your sound!
